Open your PC
· click Start
· Click Run
· Type gpedit.msc
· Now open Group Policy Dialog Box
· In this box showing left up corner Administrative Templates click this options and right up corner is showing network double click this options
· Left side is showing Qos pocket scheduler click this options and right side is showing limit reservable bandwidth double click this options.
· Now open limit reservable bandwidth properties
· Now select enabled and bandwidth limit percent 0% then apply and ok
· Restart you PC
